Remy and Lucus Place Development
At an exhibition at the Tree Hotel Inspace Partnerships showed plans and computer generated images of the new development. Work is expected to be completed in 2010. When finished there will be 27 apartments for individuals and couples over fifty-five. In the old development there were 34. Former residents are now living in Rosemary court in Stanley Road but will be given the option to move back to Iffley when the new development is ready.
Some of the illustrations are shown here but Inspace caution that these are pre planning approval images. As a result of the planning process there have been some changes of which the most significant are perhaps that the windows will be white and the roofline will be altered and chimneys added.
